The meals are filling though I feel that I'm not getting enough nutritionally. I'm craving honeydew, apples, pineapple and fruits of all sorts. I feel that I'm lacking variety of the good healthy stuff I'm used to eating. With that being said, I'm withdrawing from this challenge.
I really appreciate embarking on this experience. It makes me realize how fortunate I am to have access to wonderful nutritious foods.
