Day 4 Meals

Breakfast:
Omlet made the same way as the last 2 days

Morning Snack:
Sprouted Bread
Sprouted Chic-Pea Hummus

Lunch:
Goose broth/veggie soup

Afternoon Snack:
Roasted soybeans
2 plums
1 apple

Dinner:
Roasted chicken
Sprouted grain/corn meal stuffing
