Potato Corn Cakes:
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 baby potato
1 clove garlic
1 leaf basil
water
Shred potato, add to cornmeal with water. Mix to a dough-like consistency, add chopped garlic and basil. Cook in a skillet until brown on each side.
The cakes were lacking something, it certainly wasn't garlic flavor.
