Hi Honey, what's for dinner?



















So far, my garden at mom's house looks like it will yeild the following in time for challenge week:
Lettuce (bibb and romaine), chickory, kale, carrots, beets, Brussels Sprouts, broccoli, potatoes (hopefully!), and a variety of edible weeds such as oxalis, lamb's quarters, and dandylion.
Yum!
This, of course, does not include my home garden (which will be addressed in a later post) and foraged items.
