Day 13 - Breakfast


Last night I cooked enough cornmeal to fill a loaf pan so that I could fry it for breakfast (called mush).  I think I didn't cook it long enough because it was still pretty liquidy this morning.  So, it took forEVER to fry into a cake.  However, it came out pretty good and it was an excellent sweet treat when I added the plum preserves (trade item).  I had some chicory beverage and felt very satisfied.
