For breakfast, I made the last of the fresh potatoes into four heavenly potato pancakes and I had a grape juice/blackberry applesauce slushy along with a cup of chicory.
My grazing snacks today included turkey/turnip soup, a salad of lettuce, carrots, summer squash and a few teeny tiny cherry tomatoes, grape juice, one sauerkraut pierogi (thanks Mark!) and a piece of corn bread.
