Pierogis: Part 2






The pierogis made two delicious meals.


The first picture is the potato and cream cheese. As I previously commented, these are very creamy inside, similar to ravioli so I topped them with tomato sauce.


The second picture is the sauerkraut. I browned them in oil with chives and a pinch of dill. Mark, I think you should try preparing your last 4 this way so they are slightly crispy. I'm sure you will notice a difference from just eating them boiled.
