For breakfast I had one scrambled egg, 1/2 baked potato, one slice of Mark's wheat bread toasted and some peaches.
My grazing fixings today include turkey/turnip soup, cornbread with plum preserves, one kraut pierogi with tomato sauce, blackberry applesauce, grape juice and a salad with lettuce, beets and summer squash. I am also taking some linden flowers for tea. The beets came out of the garden last week and the lettuce is from my inside garden.
