Breakfast; eggs basted, bran cereal, turkey skin, applesauce, grape juice. Basically the eggs were still a bit frozen so I added a bit of water to the pan and covered it with a lid. They came out fine.
Lunch; p&c pierogis with tomato sauce, 2 slices of bread, grape soda. That is the last of the pierogis. They were good but they have started to wear out their welcome.
Dinner; vegetable pot, fried corn cakes, chow-chow relish. for the vegetable pot I had soybeans, corn, tomatoes, summer squash, garlic, black pepper, salt, and basil. It was not great but fine. I love that chow-chow relish!
