In addition to the foods available from my garden at Mom's house and foraged items, I will have the following items from my home gardens for challenge week:
More beets, cucumbers, cabbage (which I was excited to find... I wasn't sure it would ever get a little cabbage head inside!), peas (which I am picking and using the food saver on almost daily), eggs of course, and it looks like I'll even have a couple of tomatoes, which I'm totally excited about because it wasn't looking like any would be ready in time. Yay!
