Breakfast consisted of four potatoe pancakes from two of the four raw potatoes I had left. I also had my world famous grape juice/applesauce slushy (I never get tired of it).
For "grazing" today I have butternut squash soup with chives, pea pod/garlic stir fry, freezer pickles, and two pieces of cornbread with grape jelly. The pickles and the soup are still frozen - that's why they look a little "funny."
I have a ton of meetings scheduled today so I hope I get a chance to eat all these yummy snacks.
