Last weekend, prior to our big snowstorm, I walked up to the community garden to see if there was anything left. I got a nice bunch of thyme, carrots (which I used in soup), lettuce, radishes, chives and most importantly my team mascot, a wild carrot.

Sharon, I can't see it real good but the top of that doesn't look like a carrot...make sure it SMELLS like carrot before you eat it!
ReplyDeleteI cut off the top. I think it is a overgrown wild carrot and why would I eat my team mascot anyway? Haha!
ReplyDeleteIf we didn't eat out mascots, we would starve (oh, poor carrocchio, you will be missed.)
