Did I tell you about the Herb Rolls?

During the summer, I chopped up garlic and (separately of course) chives.  I placed the chopped herbs at one end of a piece of plastic wrap, in a line, leave a couple inches at each end.  Then, I rolled the plastic up and tied  each end.  When I want to use chives or garlic in my recipes, I just untie one end and squeeze out the desired amount.
